As an FCA-regulated insurance broker, Focus Insurance Services provides an advised service. We assess your demands and needs, make a personal recommendation, and arrange cover on your behalf from a panel of UK-authorised insurers. That panel is the basis of our advice — we are not required to provide a "whole of market" analysis, and for some products we may use a single insurer where appropriate. We do not underwrite insurance policies. We are required to treat customers fairly, act in their best interests, and disclose any conflicts of interest.
We hold client money in accordance with FCA Client Assets rules. Client money is held in a designated trust account, separate from our own funds, to protect clients in the event of our insolvency.
